Program Coordinator - After-School & Summer Program (Maryvale)

Location: 75th Ave and W Camelback Rd, Glendale, AZ 85303
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00–6:00 pm(Aug–May); 7:00 AM–3:00 pm(Summer Program)

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

MentorKids USA is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to lead our afterschool and summer programs in Maryvale, serving up to 80 students in grades K–8. This role includes overseeing day-to-day programming, supervising staff and volunteers, and cultivating a safe, faith-centered, and enriching environment.

Lead Teacher – After-School & Summer Program (South Phoenix)

Location: 4615 S. 22nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:00–6:00 pm; Wednesday: 1:30–6:00 pm; occasional Fridays and Saturdays for events and meetings

Hours: Part-time

MentorKids USA is seeking a Lead Teacher for our South Phoenix after-school program serving students in grades 4–8. MentorKids is a Christian-based organization that equips and empowers youth to become transformative leaders in their lives, their families, and their communities.

This role supports our three core pillars: Spiritual Growth, Academic Success, and Leadership Development. The Lead Teacher will plan and lead lessons in leadership, social skills, teamwork, and Bible study, while also guiding sports and physical activities for up to 25 students.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth and families in South Phoenix.
