What goes on in our After School Program? Glad you asked!

When you send your child to MentorKids, you can be sure that they will spend at least one hour every day receiving homework help and/or academic tutoring. In addition to the academics and healthy snacks provided by MentorKids every day, kids in the Palomino Promise Neighborhood will also have:

  • Leadership development training

  • Bible lessons

  • Music classes

  • Gardening experience

  • Art

  • And much more

MentorKids after-school programs are provided at no cost to the families, and this year our program is being held at:

Palomino Primary School

3:15-5:00 M-F

Summer Enrichment Camp

K-6th grade

May 30th-June 29th

Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-3:00pm

  

Jr. iLEAD - 7-8th grade

June 19th-June 29th

Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-3:00pm

Become a Champion of Palomino!

Champions of Palomino are a group of very special people who want to invest in the Palomino Promise Neighborhood in a significant and personal way. Champions commit to raising a minimum of $5,000 specifically for the Palomino program - and there are many ways to do it. Some of our Champions will raise the money through our 2022 Golf Challenge in May, or by making and selling crafts, or by using their giftedness in other ways. Champions can be individuals, couples or even small groups - so if you want to explore how you can join this elite group, you can learn more by clicking here.
